TRUSTEES

 

The trustees are the legal representatives of the Pima Monthly Meeting Holding Corporation.  The Holding Corporation is an Arizona nonprofit corporation which exists solely to hold the legal title to the real and personal property of Pima Monthly Meeting.  The trustees' main function is to buy and sell real property as directed by a Minute from Pima Monthly Meeting.  The Trustees meet once a year, at the May meeting for business.

Each of the trustees possesses legal authority to carry out any business activities specifically authorized by a minute from Pima Monthly Meeting.  Trustees have a responsibility, nevertheless, to ascertain that such activities are in the best interests of the meeting and of all persons involved.

 

1. Sign deed and other legal documents for real property bought or sold by Pima Monthly Meeting Holding Corporation, as authorized by a minute from PMM monthly meeting.

 

2. Sign contracts on behalf of the Pima Monthly Meeting Holding Corporation, as authorized by a minute from PMM monthly meeting.

 

3. In the past, a trustee has been responsible for filing the annual report to the Arizona Corporation Commission.
